Yellowfin Tuna Steaks

I used about a tablespoon of soy sauce on each steak and then layered with Black n White Sesame seeds! Right after I made my Avocado Paste that I’ll be using as a bed for my finished tuna. I added all the ingredients and blended them in a food processor to form the paste. Another addition that I made was the pineapple salsa that will be served on the side 👌 Once the paste and salsa was made I got my charcoal up to 425-450ish, I should’ve made the pan a bit hotter because I didn’t get the sear that I was looking for, because the tuna only need 60-90 seconds of hot action per side 👍 I pulled them off at 65 degrees internal and went straight to slicing 💯 Everything put together was absolutely delicious 🤤
