Raspberry Chipotle Baby Back Ribs Sauced with BBQ Apple Sauce 🤤



These were a huge hit for dinner last night 💯 I first prepped my ribs and then put a layer of mango scotch bonnet hot sauce as a binder for the Raspberry Chipotle Seasoning ( Season Generously)! I quickly got my charcoal lit and brought it to a low temp of 225. This is now where I’ll began the 3-2-1 method. I smoked at 225 for 3 hours and then took the ribs off and wrapped them in foil (rib side up). Inside I put a whole stick of butter with a cup of apple juice. I went low and slow with the foil for 2 hours. After about 1 hour in I made my BBQ apple sauce for the tasty glaze. My 2 hours were up so I took the ribs out and then sauced them and placed back on the low n slow for the final 1 hour 💯 ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS is all I have to say 🤤

BBQ Apple Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup of apple sauce
1/2 of sweet BBQ sauce
1/3 cup of fresh honey
1 tablespoon Tellicherry pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pineapple tequila hot sauce
