Parmesan Pork Skewers


There are so many different methods for pork tenderloin. For this one, I cubed the whole tenderloin up and skewed them with a delicious marinade. Every single cubed pork tenderloin was filled with delicious flavor! Don’t forget that grated Parmesan for the final touch!

Directions:
-First chop pork tenderloin into 1x1 inch cubes
-Marinade Pork for 2 hours minimum
-Take out of fridge and season with seasoning
-Skew the pork cubes
-Get grill set to 350
-Grill Pork skewers for total of 12-15 mins (rotating every 3-4 mins) or internal 145
-Garnish with Parmesan & Cilantro
-Enjoy the family meal

Marinade Ingredients:
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons oregano 
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

Pork crust/seasoning:
1 cup or pork planko
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper (grounded black)
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
