I absolutely love getting my dose of wings every week! I have been working on a signature wing recipe and I am finally ready to release it for y’all to try out! It is very little work and has some of America’s favorite flavors. I do recommend a few things while making these.

1) Season generously and leave in fridge to marinate for minimum of 4 hours.

2) Save a cup of the marinade for saucing the wings when you char them.

3) When you first start cooking them out then indirect at 250-275 until internal hits 160ish. 4) Go direct for final charing and sauce them on both sides (flip every 2-3 mins)

5) Enjoy these tasty wings



24 Wings (flats or drums)

1 1/2 cups of A-1 sauce

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoons Paprika

1 tablespoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons cumin

Salt & Pepper to your liking
