Here it is ladies and gentlemen! SOUTHWEST GARLIC FRENCH FRIES made to bring happiness to your day! 


-Wash 2 jumbo Russel Potatoes, sliced into 1/4” square links

- 2 tablespoons of garlic infused olive oil, mix well

- Add seasoning and mix well

- Get charcoal to 400 degree temp and place cast iron skillet on for ten mins

- Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil

- Once the skillet gets hot with oil dump fries in

- Make sure to mix/stir every 10-15 mins

- Cook till crisp, took me about 90 mins

- Serve with melted mozzarella cheese, scallions, bacon or anything you desire, Enjoy

Southwest Garlic Seasoning:

- 2 tablespoons garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon paprika

- 1 tablespoon Southwest Smoke (Prescottcompany)

- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
