GRILLNATION Pulled Pork Sandwiches Made On My @pitbossgrills Lockhart Pellet Smoker

I first used a few tablespoons of mustard as a binder and then seasoned generously with my go-to Pulled Pork Rub from #pitbossgrills 🙌 The flavor is unreal and it also creates an amazing bark on the #pork

After 6 long hours at 250 degrees, I pulled it off and wrapped in my Pitboss Butcher paper for the final countdown! I took this pork butt up to 198 and pulled for a 1 hour rest period, I kept the pork in the butchers paper for this resting period. During this period of resting, I made my homemade coleslaw (recipe is on website) & my homemade BBQ sauce (recipe is on website) that included the Pulled Pork Rub 🤤

INGREDIENTS:
-1 Ten Pound Pork Butt
-Pitboss PULLED PORK SEASONING

BBQ SAUCE:
-1 1/2 cups ketchup
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-2-3 tablespoons PULLED PORK SEASONING
-2 tablespoons molasses
-2-3 garlic cloves minced
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-1 tablespoon paprika
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon dry mustard

COLESLAW:
-1 small head cabbage, outer leaves removed
-1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
-1 large jalapeño, seeded and diced
-3/4 cup of mayo
-2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
