GRILLNATION PORK SHOULDER COUNTRY RIBS WITH BEAR MOUNTAIN BBQ SAVORY BBQ PELLETS
I used my savory pellet blend in a unique way today by adding 6-8 ounces into my charcoal to add a smooth smokey flavor! The taste of the charcoal and pellets enhanced these country ribs to a whole other level! I used three different flavors because I had a decent amount of ribs. The first 3 were seasoned with Adobo Honey, the second 3 with a 5 salt and 5 pepper blend & the last 4 were seasoned with a Carolina Pork Rub!
-2 pounds country ribs
-Olive oil, as needed
-1/4 cup 5 salt and 5 pepper seasoning
-1/4 cup Adobo Honey
-1/3 cup Carolina Pork Dry Rub
-1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
