GRILLNATION Guava Spare Ribs

I first used mango habanero as my binder and then seasoned generously with my #pitbossgrills Pulled Pork seasoning 👌they then took a rest in my fridge for 14 hours😱😱Early the next day I set my Lockhart at 225 degrees and placed my ribs in the top chamber for the first 3 hours (I spritzed once after two hours). Once they hit 165 I took them out and used my butcher paper to wrap them. Before I rightly wrapped them I put a few slices of butter and honey down for them to baste in 💯2 hours later I put a glaze on and then put them back in for an hour. Once they hit 205 internal I glazed them with my Homemade Guava Glaze 😍They came out perfect and the flavors complemented one another well 🔥
