GRILLNATION Cedar Planked Salmon With Homemade Maple Glaze

Directions:
-Soak Cedar planks 1 hour prior
-Season Salmon With Lemon Rosemary Salt and let sit for 20 mins
-Light charcoal and set for indirect 250
-Once 250 hits places cedar planed salmon centred in grill and pull at 145
-Light another fire and get saucepan for homemade glaze (have the fire ready before placing Cedar planked salmon on the grill)
-Combine all glaze ingredients and stir every 2 mins for 15-20 mins. Don’t worry it will reduce to about a cup or a little more
-Pull sauce and let rest 5mins and then glaze Salmon 10 mins before done or 130 temp
-Eat and Enjoy
-Top With Crushed Walnuts 💯(optional, or use almonds)

Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice (you can add lemon zest)
