I love a good walking taco so I decided to take my recipe for it and do it on a larger scale with my cast iron! This meal is less than $10 to make and it might be the best thing you ever had for a treat! I started off with charing my corn and then adding a pound of 80/20 lean ground beef into my skillet. Once I got the meat broken down I added my seasoning ingredients and cooked another 10ish mins (reminder, the corn will be done by this time and you need to shave it off the cob). Once the beef was cooked I put it into another pan and added a whole bag of Fritos, topped with the hamburger and 2 full bags of salsa verde cheese and put it back on the grill until it was all melted together (10ish mine). I then pulled it and quickly added my toppings; red onion, green bell peppers, charged corn, sour cream and cilantro! Holy smokes was this awesome! Enjoy everyone :)

Ingredients (beef):

-1 tablespoon chili powder

-1/2 tablespoon paprika

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 whole lime juice

-1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
