Delicious Garlic & Soy Skirt Steak Roll-ups


These Skirt Steak Roll-ups were amazing! I created my marinade and then put some seasoning in my steaks. After seasoning my steaks (generously) I poured my marinade over them in a glass pan and let marinate for 6 hours in the fridge, that’s the key, the amount of time the meat sits in the marinade allows the marinade to get into the meats so that every bite is full of that flavor. I then pulled them out of the marinade and tapped dry with a paper towel. After 30 mins of sitting out I rolled up my skirt steaks with Provolone Cheese and Asparagus! The grill was set at 350 (indirect) for 35-40 mins, or internal 126 degrees. We couldn’t get enough of these and it may be the best skirt roll-ups I’ve made to date!

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3-4 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 cup of water
