I know everyone has had a cheeseburger but have you have a cheeseburger tower!!!! This was awesome and the best part was it stayed together and fed a huge crowd!
Once you combine the ingredients with the ground beef you form patties and put them in the fridge for about an hour. When the hour is complete stack the patties with a slice of cheddar cheese in between. Add onion at the bottom and at the top for extra flavor! Set the smoker for indirect at 350-375 and Cooke until the internal temp is 165. Slice and serve on a nice toasted brioche bun! I also like to add some smaller potatoes with garlic and herbs to cook for a side!
Burger Patty Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of cayenne
1 table spoon of paprika
1 egg, whisked
2 table spoons of garlic powder
3/4 cups of pork panko
