BEEF RIBS WITH A MEMPHIS INSPIRED DRY RUB

I was craving some beef ribs so I decided to make some with my personal favorite Memphis style dry rub! There are a lot of herbs and spices that combine this epic flavor!

.

The first thing I did for these was combining all the ingredients and applying the dry rub 2 hours prior of the smoke. When the time elapsed I set my smoker to 250 degrees. I then let the low and slow effect do it’s thing and spritzed twice with apple juice. I waited a solid 2-2 1/2 hours before spritzing. I pulled them at 203 degree internal and let rest for 30 mins before I cut into them. These babies were absolutely tender and juicy like no other! The dry rub is so good that you don’t even need a mop sauce!
