ANGUS RIBEYE CHEESESTEAK WITH A SWEET CHILI SAUCE
I bought some Angus Ribeye and sliced them up into really thin pieces to make a delicious cheesesteak over the weekend 💯 You want your steak to be cold out of the fridge when you slice it because colder meat makes it firm and easier to cut into. I then made my sauce and let sit in the fridge for about an hour. Once the hour was up I created three zones on my griddle top for my cook. A medium low zone (for veggies), a medium zone (the middle for the beef), and a low zone (for buns). Once I had the veggies and buns ready I shut the zones off and kept my middle zone at medium for the beef cook. The cheesesteaks were absolutely amazing and the sauce has a sweet chili flavor that I fell in love with!
